Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, sometimes something happens that may entitle you to a warranty claim.
We offer a standard 2-month warranty on manufacturing defects in our products. In this case, your jewelry will be repaired free of charge.

If your jewelry is damaged in any other way, such as breakage, getting stuck, etc., this is not covered by the warranty but by repair. Different costs and conditions apply for repairs.

If something is broken on your jewelry, please contact us to discuss the options.

Complaints

We recommend that you first submit your complaint to us by emailing info@senza-sieraden.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur . As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
