Returns
Every order placed is packed and shipped with great care and attention. However, it's possible you might not be satisfied, which is unfortunate, but returning your product is no problem at all.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
If you have ordered an item that was custom-made for you, unfortunately you cannot return this item.
Step-by-step plan for returns:
1. Repack the items in the original packaging or other packaging you have at home.
2. Write the return address on the package:

3. Postage is required for the package and it must be taken to your mailbox or PostNL service point. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
4. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. If the purchase price, after deducting the amount of the returned item, falls below €45 (free shipping), we will charge the relevant shipping costs. This will then be deducted from the refund amount.
